Carlie performs at the LA Emmys!

Last weekend I had the privilege of helping kick off the LA Area Emmy's at the Academy by singing the opening number! I was contacted by the incomparable Jim Wise - one of my favorite writers from MADtv - to sing a parody he had written of Justin Bieber's 'Despacito'.

The LA Emmys, which celebrates outstanding news outlets in the Los Angeles Area, is an event I had never attended before and I loved watching these deserving anchors, reporters, editors and beyond receive such high honors for their work.
